Workflow options

MI:Workflow is a software application for designing and implementing GRANTA MI workflows.

When MI:Workflow is integrated with MI:Viewer, users can perform workflow tasks to which they are assigned by right-clicking a record and selecting Workflows… on the shortcut menu in MI:Viewer. This launches the Workflow Manager, where users can view active workflows that are being progressed on the selected record, and start new workflows on the selected record. The workflows available to MI:Viewer users, and the steps within them, are defined and managed in MI:Workflow.

To enable access to MI:Workflow from MI:Viewer

1. In the MI:Viewer toolbar, click on Admin.
2. On the General tab, scroll down to the Workflow options section.
3. Select Enable MI:Workflow integration and enter the URL of your MI:Workflow application, for example:
