View system information

Users with administrator privileges for the GRANTA MI system can view  a list of patches installed on the system, view information about the currently running MI:Viewer ASP.NET process, and see details of all GRANTA MI DLLs.

To view this information:

1. In the MI:Viewer toolbar, click on Admin.
2. Click the Patches/DLL tab to view information about GRANTA MI software patches and DLLs.
3. Click the Process tab to view information about the MI:Viewer ASP.NET process: ID, start time, running time, and peak memory usage.

DLLs

Each GRANTA MI DLL is listed  on the Patches/DLL tab. The information here may be useful when troubleshooting software problems; for example, you may be asked to provide DLL release version and build numbers to Granta Support.

ASP.NET process information

The process ID, start time, running time, and peak memory used of the currently running MI:Viewer ASP.NET process is displayed on the Process tab.
